Return to Work

On Tuesday January 7, 2014 I returned to work at the Nelson County Public Library after an absence since July 23, 2013 when I shattered my Humerus bone and had a partial shoulder rebuild.  I was able to accomplish more than I had thought during the week, my pain did not increase, and my flexibility increased in my left arm.  I am still limited as to just what activities I can do but it sure beats the long days of pain and inactivity that I endured for the past 5 months.
